RETURNS

The initial Sniffing Set can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original sealed packaging and in pristine condition (unopened and unused). Original shipping charges are not refunded unless an exchange is requested. Please specify if you want to exchange the product returned or if you require a refund.

The full-size bottle (purchased with the voucher) can be exchanged for any other full-size bottle within 14 days of the original use of the voucher. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original sealed packaging and in pristine condition (unopened and unused). Original shipping charges are not refunded unless an exchange is requested.
